Dina Michael writes:
I currently have a weaving on display at the Gainesville Fine Arts Association. For this exhibit, the GFAA gallery chose work that expresses the concept of heat as it relates to a warming planet. I submitted a tapestry of an imaginary landscape in bright, hot, almost neon colors. The show includes about 50 pieces in a wide range of media, including the work of several other fiber artists.
The gallery is located at 1314 S Main Street.
It will be at GFAA through October 18.
